FAQ’s

  • The cost of mixing a track depends on the length, track count and turnaround time, and no two projects are the same. I usually charge somewhere between £100 - £150 per track for mixing.

Bands/Artists must pay 50% of the agreed fee before any work commences on their track(s). On delivery of the final files, the remaining 50% should be paid within 30 days.

Additional charges may include: Alternative mixes, stem exporting, Pro Tools Session export, Vinyl masters, DDP image.

  • Turnaround times vary depending on current workload and the needs of the band/artist, this is something we discuss and agree during our mix consultation.

Usually, the below turnaround times can be expected.

    Single Mix: 1 - 2 weeks

    EP Mix: 3 - 4 weeks

    Album Mix: 5 - 6 weeks

  • I offer a number of revisions to ensure that you leave the process with a piece of music you are proud of. If you are still not satisfied with your mix, then you will not need to pay the remaining 50% of the mixing fee, but the initial 50% will be held by Sam Baldwin. If any mixed audio after cancellation is to be released, then legal action will be taken.
